Oven Roasted Pork Chops with Carrots

Tony Chachere's Seasoning Mix, Honey Mustard, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Tabasco Garlic Grilling Marinade Sauce and 1/3 cup chicken stock (not in photo)

Add a few carrots, one small whole onion sliced into rings and half a green pepper sliced into small strips. Put a little olive oil into the pan then add the chops and top with the veggies.

Cobine half cup of vinaigrette, 2 TBSPs Tabasco Garlic Grilling Marinade Sauce, 1 TBSP honey mustard, 1 TBSP Tony's, I use the more spice less salt kind and 2 cloves garlic which has been rough chopped. Pour it over the chops and veggies.
Cover pan with foil and put into 400 Degree oven for 1.5 hours.
After removing from oven, deglaze the pan with 1/3 cup chicken stock. Then pour over the pork chops and veggies.

Enjoy!
